Sensor calibration

CAPTRONIC can supply in the scope of the calibration facilities , a "common" services on force and torque sensors calibration which can start by the simple measurement check  of sensibility output measurement to a complete calibration for your chain measurement of force or torque.

The genuine certificates of calibration which are attached to each of our calibration machines can be supplied on simple request. Our machines for calibration are attached to COFRAC certificate :
 
The load range which can be proposed for your calibrations :

- Measurement range : 0 to 150 kg by calibrated masses (METTLER TOLEDO)
 
- Measurement range: ±5 daN on machine of tension-compression LLOYDS instrument typed 1000 R equipped with measuring chain  linked to COFRAC for traceability.
 
- Measurement range: ±500 daN on machine of tension-compression LLOYDS instrument typed  1000 R equipped with measuring chain  linked to COFRAC for traceability.

- Measurement range: ±20 KN on machine of tension-compression equipped with a complete system of force measurement HBM /2 channels linked to COFRAC for traceability.

- Measurement range: ±250 KN on machine of drive-compression equipped with a complete system of force measurement HBM /2 channels linked to COFRAC for traceability. 
We own masses calibrated by METTLER TOLEDO for calibrations from 1 to 150 kg. Load case is created  when suspended to the load cell or specimen.
These calibrated masses allow also to generate the static torquemeter until 1000N.m by loading a arm with an application point for a load.
For the other upper range of measurement , we handle the follow-up of the calibration files with our network of partner laboratories.
EQUIPMENTS FOR MECHANICAL INTERFACE 
CAPTRONIC has a significant experience to accomplish  the design of the equipments for mechanical interfaces when it is necessary (not in standard case) to make the connection between the machines of calibration and sensors to calibrate.
 
THE CALIBRATION OF MECHANICAL PARTS
 On a mechanical piece equipped with strain gages, it is common to have to establish a correlation between the case of load realized by the machine of calibration and the signal output of the strain bonded on the mechanical piece : rod, swivel, crankshaft . We can then support you in the choice and the strategy of multi-directional calibration of the mechanical piece.
